2. If you are sending your payment through Venmo, please put your name and test location on the note.
3. You must fill out the Google form for application & upload a 3cm*4cm photo file (passport format photo, JPEG or JPG) through the link below.

4. We will contact you back if there are missing documents or location closures. Also, we will send you a confirmation email before noon on Jan 31st, so if you do not get the confirmation email by Jan 31st, please email us.
