Important Notice

1. Application and Fee should arrive at KECSF by Jul 24th, 17:00 PM. We do not accept any early or late fees and applications.  

2. If you are sending your payment through Venmo, please put your name and test location on the note.  

3. You must fill out the Google form for application & upload a 3cm*4cm photo file (JPEG or JPG, less than 1MB) through the Google form. 

4. We will contact you back if there are missing documents or location closures. Also, we will send you a confirmation email before noon on Jul 27th, so if you do not get the confirmation email by Jul 27th, please email us. (Sometimes, emails can be in spam, so please check your spam folder before contacting us.)

6. Notice to TOPIK Test Takers – Prohibited Items and Test Day Instructions

To prevent cheating involving AI-enabled devices (such as smart glasses) and disguised electronic devices, the list of prohibited items has been updated.

Please note that all wristwatches, including analog watches, are strictly prohibited in the testing room. Test takers are not permitted to wear or use any type of wristwatch during the examination.

All applicants are required to carefully review and comply with the Test Day Instructions and the List of Prohibited Items before the examination.

Failure to follow these regulations may result in disqualification or other penalties in accordance with TOPIK testing policies.
