On April 28th, Deputy Consul Hyun Cheol Kang and Director Wan Hee Kang visited the California Department of Education to have a  meeting with Alesha Moreno-Ramirez, Director of the Multilingual Services Division, Gina Garcia-Smith, Education Programs Consultant, Multilingual Services Division, Michelle Warshaw, Legislative Representative, Government Affairs Division. They discussed improving and implementing the Seal of Biliteracy for the Korean language.
